Refund Policy

Storage rent refunds are issued only when a customer vacates a unit that they have prepaid their rent for the following month. No same-month refunds are issued. Credit card refunds for prepaid rent will be processed within two weeks of customer vacate. Check refunds will be processed within four weeks of customer vacate.

All refunds will be issued in the form of a check. In the event an account is overcharged due to an error, we will process a refund to the account immediately after notification of the discrepancy.
Refunds are allowed at any time for unopened, unused locks and packing supplies. If the customer is not a current tenant of the facility, a receipt is required.
