I have been renting a storage unit at this location since 2016. The wonderful staff of Jeannie and Charlotte have been very knowledgeable, supportive and helpful over these years. Thank you ladies for everything. BTW, my unit did not flood or suffer any wind damage during our hurricane. In fact I never checked on my unit till recently when I selected to close my unit. The folks that run W&T are very nice. They ran the facility when I had a unit there years ago. That's the main reason I went back to use them. Service is still very good.
I would recommend them to anyone looking to use a self-storage in the Baytown area.
