Can I store my RV, car, or boat there?
Yes, we do have options for storing your extra vehicle, though we cannot accommodate full size RVs beyond 30 feet in length. Simply select a 10x30 drive-up storage unit for affordable, enclosed vehicle storage or park your vehicle in one of our open 9x22 spaces which are uncovered.
Can I rent my storage unit online?
Yes! There are two options to rent your unit online. Select “Reserve” on the unit of your choice to pay for your unit later. Select “Move In” to fully rent and pay for your unit online—we’ll send you your security credentials afterwards.
Do I need insurance when I rent a storage unit?
Yes, we require tenant insurance for every storage unit rental at Watson & Taylor - East Austin. You can use your home insurance policy, but be aware most home insurance policies have a deductible that is often larger than the value of the contents of our unit. Safestor Tenant Insurance is offered to protect the value of your belongings.

I’ve had lockers here several times over the years, due to a combination of price and convenient location. Over time the process of renting and management have gotten simpler and more streamlined. I liked that I did not have to go to the office in person for the initial setup. The only drawback I could complain about is that when closing out, I was not refunded rent for the remainder of the current month.“

i never write google reviews but i had to for these folks because they have been some of the most kind and helpful owners/staff for anything i have needed, including move in, contact-less uhaul rental, and move out. i normally would be very overwhelmed with dealing with all of this stuff during a lot of transition, especially during a pandemic, but they made everything so easy and helped with anything i was confused about without making me feel dumb. they also followed covid precautions well in their office and interactions. definitely recommend working with them for any storage or uhaul needs.Please note that we require your belongings to be covered by insurance. We offer coverage through Safestor Tenant Insurance or accept your Homeowner`s or Renter`s Insurance when you provide your Declarations Page that shows proof of offsite coverage.
